Where we ship

Rockin' RC's ships to the United States and Canada. Every order is packed and sent from our shop in San Clemente, California.

Shipping rates

United States: free shipping on every order, with no minimum. Canada: $15 USD flat rate by Economy International, whatever the size of the order. Rates are calculated at checkout and there are no handling fees.

Processing time

Every speaker is hand-built to order, so please allow a few business days for us to build and pack your order before it ships. Custom builds and suede wraps may take a little longer. We will email you tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within a few business days. Canadian orders travel by economy international service and take longer, and customs processing can add time we cannot predict or control.

Customs, duties and taxes for Canada

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in the price of your order or in the $15 shipping rate, and they are the responsibility of the recipient. Your local customs office can estimate these charges.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will happily reship it once you cover the return postage and a new shipping charge.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will help sort it out. Every Rockin' RC's speaker is also covered by our lifetime warranty.
